@stringssection wish trains in the US were better than they are but honestly, train is better than no train
I think I found the problem with my bluesky account: I can’t figure out how to change the did:plc
of my account so the #atproto_pds
points to the new subdomain
ok I can’t follow or interact with posts but I can log in and receive interactions so my bluesky is still hella jank but it’s getting back. maybe I just need to sleep on it
well there goes my feed. I’m too tired to figure this out but I guess my bluesky is completely broken now
ok just broke my bluesky thing somehow. pdsadmin keeps spitting out 404s and I can’t follow or post or anything but I’m still getting messages in my feed
figured out how to get rid of the subdomain on my bluesky handle! had to move my pds to a subdomain instead
out of curiosity: does my fedi tag say @vn@ciql.net or \@vn@feed.ciql.net
@mynotaurus so uhhh is it because VR headsets are generally really expensive or is it a secret other thing you don’t want to talk about? not to put you on the spot or anything but black friday/cyber monday is coming up in a few weeks maybe amaz nondescript online retailer might have a good deal on VR or something
Gajim is currently migrating from GTK3 to GTK4. 🔧 GTK is Gajim's user interface toolkit. It provides building blocks, like windows, buttons and labels. 🧩
Version 4 of this toolkit brings performance improvements to Gajim, e.g. faster rendering of user interface elements. 💨
Additionally, switching to GTK4 allows Gajim to use newer widgets, like nice drop downs.
Here is a quick peek at a new group chat "@ mention" widget. 😎
Stay tuned!
