@jmaris @kde My favorite feature in Windows 11 is that it makes users discard perfectly good computers I snap up and run Linux on. 10 out of 10 stars for that feature.

Federation

Interactions with other fediverse instances are dictated through the terms of service of those instances. Unless they don't. I don't know how that works.

Blocklist

This instance uses the Tier 0 blocklist provided by Oliphant.social as provided on 2024-12-02. The reason for the blocklist is because, like, okay, listen, I don't want to have to figure out the legal culpability of hosting things I don't want to host, and I don't know how to turn off the media proxy. If you think you're being unfairly blocked by my instance, you're not missing much.
